At J’Sequitur, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We are committed to providing high-quality perfumes and exceptional service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our refund policy is as follows:
Eligibility for Refunds
Change of Mind:
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for opened or used perfumes. Unopened and unused products in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of purchase.
Damaged or Defective Products:
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund.
Incorrect Orders:
If you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 7 days. We will provide instructions for returning the incorrect item and send the correct product at no additional cost.
Process for Refunds
Contact us via customercare@jsequitur.com to initiate a return or refund. Please include your order number and reason for the request.
Approved refunds will be processed within 15 days of receiving the returned product.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Exclusions
Sale or clearance items are non-refundable.
Custom or personalized products cannot be refunded unless defective or damaged.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect products).
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.
